Drop down made to measure lift hatch. Perfect fit, no drafts, easy to install, top quality and ready insulated. A bit pricey but if you want cheap, drafty, poor quality, other suppliers are available. About to order another for the garage loft.

I found the ordering of our new loft hatch easy to do on this web site. Delivery was earlier than expected and the item was well packed. It was, as explained in the installation, a 2 man job as it was a bit awkward to hold in place when fitting into the loft hatch frame but it fitted well and we are pleased with the final look of it. The locking device is a bit stiff but should become easier as the seals bed in. Many thanks and we would recommend this product if asked by friends and family.

The attic hatch is solid and well made. The only thing you must be very accurate with is the opening size in the ceiling. There is no flexibility in the frame. If you are the slightest bit off square, the hatch does not close properly. Very quick delivery.
