Prompt delivery, excellent purchase of loft hatch. Ordered customised option which fitted like a glove. Took longer to open the box and unpack than fitting with a friends help, so simple. Would highly recommend.

Does what is says on the tin! The made-to-measure loft hatch came when I was told it would, fitted snugly and the landing is now pretty warm! My only comment would be that the instructions 'suggest' that installing the hatch is a two-man job; -I would say it's definitely a two man job! It would be very difficult for an intermediate DIYer like myself to do this single-handedly. (It's a breeze with two people.)

Son and myself fitted the hatch in a couple of hours no problem at all. Fitted a three section loft ladder at the same time. All done and dusted in less than 3 hours. Loft hatch looks great and I?m delighted with the result, 5 stars from me
