Having never heard of this company I was unsure what to expect but the Inspection Hatch looked a nice clean design and was of the size I wanted. From ordering to delivery the whole experience was very good and very prompt. The hatch was well packed and lived up to my needs. The hatch could do with fixing holes on all four sides as I'm sure others will be like me who found my walls were not as square as they should be and so the hatch needed extra support. It wasn't difficult to drill the required extra holes.
