I ordered a standard off the shelf air tight loft hatch a few months ago where the plasterer then changed the apperture size. Returned no bother and just received bespoke sized one which went in first time too. Very happy

I had a problem ordering my made to measure loft access door online only because I had not realised a size restriction, so I called them directly and they offered excellent advice which all make sense now , the product I received is of excellent quality and for a made to measure product I cannot believe how they do it for the price ! if I had a joiner to make a timber one it would have cost more and have been totally inferior to this product and I have been a building contractor for 45 years !

I didn't think you could describe a roof hatch as "beautiful", but when I finally got mine out of the packaging (whoever did that obviously had a degree in packaging) I actually used that word. It looked even better when installed, (easy to install). I'm such a saddo that I gaze at it in admiration each time I walk down the hall.

Prompt delivery and product did what it said on tin, would def use again if needed.

Good service and a very nice loft hatch. Fitted easily within 10 minutes. It did take quite a while for it to be despatched though.
