I ordered a made to measure loft hatch from Jupiter. It arrived on time well packaged and was to the exact size. Perfect. Worth the money. Excellent all round service.

We were most impressed with the loft hatch. It came on time although the box was very damaged and we were concerned the hatch would be but the packaging was perfect. The only reason we have not given this a 5 star rating is because we would have liked an update when the item was out for delivery.

Loft hatch as described, delivered promptly and installed easily. Needs a bead of caulk around the frame against the ceiling but nothing significant.

This loft hatch is fantastic and fully insulated , the only thing is I would rather have ridged insulation board to the back of the door than sem-ridged wool , but still a great product ????

Recently purchased a hinged loft hatch to replace an existing unhinged one, great email help before hand on size and type required. Fitted it myself and great fit, thank you
