The loft ladder kit arrived quickly and is very well made. Has made my life a lot easier. The installer was able to fit it quickly and the actual loft hatch great, wish I?d done it years ago.

Installation went OK.

Product (loft hatch) arrived well ahead of predicted date, well-packaged and in good condition (one small transit ding to the insulation on the hatch, but nothing worth complaining about). As a DIYer, about the only point I feel could have been better is that no installation instructions were included. Web video was useful, but one point in particular could have done to have been stressed. And I had to go back to the product details on the website to verify the correct opening size to construct. Actual installation was easy enough, but I hit a problem that I had to figure out for myself, with a couple of the screws initially fouling the hatch and preventing it opening once closed. There's nothing unreasonable in that; if I can't figure something out, I probably shouldn't be doing it. But it could simply have been just that bit better. I'm going to need to add a ladder at some point, but I must admit I'm a little nervous at the idea of possibly having to figure the installation details out for myself again.
