Always reliable and accurate with a rapid service.

Ordered a bespoke sized loft hatch. Arrived well packaged in 2 weeks and was installed within 30 minutes. Looks to be very well constructed. Very happy

50 years DIY experience but I still appreciated good advice. Had to speak on phone 3x for different reasons. Bespoke loft hatch had just 5mm tolerance but fitted fine. Advice sheet very helpful too.

very prompt service products are very good too

prompt delivery and loft panel did the job well.

Very expensive fire loft opening.....horrid plastic key for locking system....should be metal Paint is ‘skimpy’ and missing in places. A poor product.

Website easy to navigate with clear instructions on how to measure for a custom made loft hatch. An email confirmation of the order was issued and the loft hatch arrived on time which was a perfect fit. This is the second time we have used Jupiter Blue for a custom made loft hatch and we can definitely recommend them.

We haven't received it yet

It hasn't arrived yet!!!!!

Fairly easy to order, after not understanding the web page, but after a brief telephone call was able to order on line without having to create a account. Good quality product, easy to fit. Would recommend this product and Jupiter Blue Ltd. Next day delivery on time.
