We had a issue on delivery with some damage but this was resolved very quickly and very satlfied with the new hatch

Really friendly, helpful and great products. I finally replaced our aged wooden loft hatch that leaked and was uninsulated. Measured with a laser checked the diagonals. Perfect fit - took 2 minutes to install. Great. Really pleased I did it, I only wish I had done so years ago.
