Very satisfactory service from Martin Flanagan who went above and beyond to ensure I received the correct loft hatch replacement. I will definitely recommend your company. Thank you

Superb interaction with the company, both verbally and email, in ensuring that the custom loft hatch was of the correct type and size. Product was delivered in good time, is of excellent quality and fitted perfectly. I want to get another identical loft hatch in the near future, so will be ordering from the same company.

Great product. Instructions for measuring was clear and concise. When the product arrived it fitted perfectly. I was actually surprised at the quality and finish. This is a first class product, which was bespoke for my loft entrance and I would highly recommend.

Changed my order at short notice and had no problems with dispatch.

Fantastic Product, fantastic service, great technical help and support and product arrived early. Can’t rate highly enough!

Order came earlier than the time given. The measurements were perfect. I already fitted it and it’s perfect! Highly recommend these products!

I bought a custom-made loft hatch (fire rated) and it looks really well built. Not installed it yet but I am satisfied with the hatch and expect no problems during the installation.
