1st time using these guys but eould definately use them again. Had an issue with delivery that wasn't their fault and their communication was second to none. Product was great and easy to fit, great service all round

Great. Arrived earlier than stated, well packaged. I ordered a bespoke hatch and it is well made and fits perfectly into my hatch space. My one small criticism would be that I would have liked 2 more pre-drilled holes in the frame in the middle of the short sides, especially next to the latch. No probs to drill myself though. Draughts from my loft are now a thing of the past. I just have to paint around the hatch on the ceiling to make good. Thanks Jupiter Blue for a fine product.
