The loft hatch is of poor construction. I understand it's not the most expensive, but everything about it looks cheap. It will do in the short term, but will likely replace it sooner rather than later. Delivery wasn't as promised

Very good service, website clear to understand and place order, mine was a custom fit , arrived on time , well made and a perfect fit, dead easy to fit

Excellent support via email and Emma - Thank you - prompt delivery and excellent product that was easy to install

Purchased a made to measure hatch ,arrived promptly and a very good product ,fitted perfectly in about 15 mins

Fantastic service. I had a very small loft hatch and couldn't find and standard size hatches to fit. Luckily I found your company online and saw you manufactured bespoke hatches. I banged my dimensions, minus 5mm and bingo, fits like a dream. Happy to see it wasn't a flimsy bit of plastic, but of robust metal construction. Easy to install, no hassles, straight in with no issues. Even managed to fit it on my own with a couple of G clamps Thank you sorting out what would been. otherwise an awkward job.

Great service and quality. Product very easy to install

Really good fast delivery good product highly recommended

The loft hatch arrived in good time and is good quality at a reasonable price. To open the hatch needs a specific pole, which they sell, but is expensive for what it is.

Amazing! I needed a 'normal' sized loft hatch to replace a tiny 1800's one. Jupiter Blue had plenty to choose from and I was able to get a decent size one, insulated, very reasonably priced and next day delivery - for free. I also needed a particularly small hatch to replace an unsightly old hatch. Jupiter Blue were able to manufacture one to my specific measurements. This was made and delivered within a week - again, postage free! I had to contact customer services with a query. They replied quickly and politely. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic product. Perfectly made to measure. Only minor annoyance, as mentioned in other reviews, the website defaults to claiming next day delivery for all orders when made to measure is a 7-10 day turnaround.
