Loft hatch was delivered on time and fits perfectly to our measurements. All at a reasonable price. Can't ask for more

The hatch was easy to fit and looks good. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the plastic washers provided with the screws are too thick causing the screw head to stick out and interfere with the hinge. In addition, the screws are weak and I snapped the head off one. I used PZ 4x38 wood screws instead.

I ordered a loft hatch from Jupiter Blue (AT Airtight Loft Hatch 640 x 560mm Hinged) and was highly impressed with it, and the service received. The loft hatch was excellent in quality (really good) and very easy to install. I had already returned other ones bought elsewhere - so - very happy with this one and the company was good too - recommended!

Good products at an affordable price, and good customer service too.

great product, delivery and service

All good as always

Excellent product. Easy to fit. Had a bespoke loft hatch for a less than perfectly rectangular opening and received excellent customer service in helping get the measurements right. Highly recommend this company.

Great ladder, well built & the stage locking mechanism is superior to many other brands. Easy to install. Kit provided is excellent. Totally recommend.
