The hatch arrived without a key so I could not open it to be able to fit it. At the moment I am still waiting for the key to arrive.

Nicely manufactured loft access frame and cover. Easy fit although side flanges could do with being longer to ensure that the fixing holes reached beyond the lath ceiling i was dealing with to ensure solid fixings in to timber. Short metal straps solved the problem for me but shame nice unit was impaired by simple change to flange design length. When finally fitted, excellent unit.
