• Part L Compliant Choice (LT235): Achieves a U Value of 0.35 W/m²K, meeting the current regulatory requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations for new build properties.
Design, Function & Maintenance:
• Aesthetic Profile: Features a traditional, decorative frame with a flat lid, suitable for properties where a classic ceiling fixture is preferred.• Construction: Made from durable white injection moulded plastic, ensuring a seamless finish that requires no decorating or maintenance.
• Draught Resistance: The frame is fitted with compression seals that hold the lid firmly against the frame when closed, minimising heat loss.
• Operation: Easy to open and close with a simple turn of the catch.

Good quality and very easy to fit - 8 screws. (That's assuming the opening in your ceiling is correctly sized, of course.) Would definitely buy again.

Arrived next day and very easy to install - even for a novice like me. Looks really good although unsure of durability as seems quite flimsy.

Ordered loft hatch from this company. Our fault we measured it wrong. However it had a dimple in the middle of it, so was not perfect/ damaged. Contacted them, explained the wrong size and the problem with the not perfect hatch. They said you need to PAY to send it back. £24 We paid to send it back. The website says if its faulty they will pay the postage. OH NO THEY WONT. They sent an email back to advice in production the bubble happens??? Well we were then purchasing a product that was imperfect. They refused to pay the postage. Would we buy from then again, Never. Just letting future customers know.

Initial delivery was damaged by DPD but they quickly replaced the item on next day delivery. Excellent customer service.

Was easy to install, looks nice. I do wonder about its durability over time, I think it may damage easily putting ladders through etc, but so far so good!
