• Dual U Value Choice: This range offers two distinct insulation levels, allowing you to tailor the hatch to your specific budget and thermal requirements.• Budget Choice (LT2): Achieves a U Value of 0.78 W/m²K - an economical choice for refurbishment projects.
• Part L Compliant Choice (LT235): Achieves a U Value of 0.35 W/m²K, meeting the current regulatory requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations for new build properties.
Design, Function & Maintenance:
• Aesthetic Profile: Features a traditional, decorative frame with a flat lid, suitable for properties where a classic ceiling fixture is preferred.• Construction: Made from durable white injection moulded plastic, ensuring a seamless finish that requires no decorating or maintenance.
• Draught Resistance: The frame is fitted with compression seals that hold the lid firmly against the frame when closed, minimising heat loss.
• Operation: Easy to open and close with a simple turn of the catch.

very easy to fit loft hatch. looks good and the insulation is thick. The only thing is it's flimsy, so take care installing. The plastic hinge actually broke when i was installing - but I superglued back on easily and once installed it's fine. Good value for money

This loft hatch is a great replacement for the original, which had badly discoloured (yellowing), some of the fixings broken and the polystyrene block damaged by the incorrect fitting of the loft ladder (thanks Martin for ensuring we don't do the same with the new one). Whilst the new loft hatch was fairly flimsy before fitting, this actually helped us as the loft hatch opening was not symetrical so the new hatch could be adapted for the opening space. Overall for the price, the cosmetic improvement to the one being replaced, the ease and speed of obtaining and the excellent customer service, then we are happy and would recommend.

Really pleased with the new loft hatch door we bought , fitted perfectly looks good , didn't have to spend too much & very helpful when I phoned them regarding a question I needed to ask .

Excellent product. It looks good, and is very easy to install, assuming of course that the ceiling has been correctly trimmed and the structural opening prepared by the builder. The hatch was delivered quickly after ordering, so full marks to Jupiter Blue for the service received. Hint :- It's obvious really, but if the ceiling needs to be painted, do this before installing the hatch. It just makes the job quicker and easier and avoids the use of masking tape.
