Excellent Service, the hatch is of a good quality Would definitely recommend this company and I would certainly buy from them again if I needed another hatch. Just a small point it would have been good to have a certificate confirming the fire resistance hatch in guaranteed for up to an hour as specified as I could keep this with all my property and NHBC records as our property is only 12 months old.

Very well made hatch, easy to fit and light weight, I fit it my self with no help or experience of fitting one, thick insulation and every joint had a seal. This was worth spending the extra money for metal to protect my family
