Critical Fire Performance:
• Certified Fire Rating: Independently tested and certified to BS 476: Part 22, providing 60 minutes of Integrity and Insulation in both wall and ceiling applications.• Regulatory Compliance: Designed to meet the requirements of Building Regulations Part B (Fire Safety), ensuring specification confidence.
Material & Build Specification:
• Construction: Fabricated from durable, corrosion-resistant Zintec steel with specialised fire-board infill.• Finish: Supplied with a highly durable RAL 9010 satin White polyester powder coating for a seamless finish.
• Locking: Fitted with a robust, secure budget lock as standard, suitable for frequent access (alternative locking options available).
