• Tri drive lock with key/ insert supplied
• Air tight seal on lock body
• Chamfered cam for compression against draught seals
• For doors up to 18mm thick
• Ultimately more solid than a touch latch catch or a plastic catch
  

A heavy duty hardened steel loft hatch lock suitable for loft doors up to 18mm thick.

Tri-drive centre with matching alloy key, Note this is a generic tri-drive key, not a security key.

Air tight seal with chamfered cam for a high compression seal against draughts.

Easy to install with quality fitting instructions.

Please note this product has a raw mill finish. Finish may vary from batch to batch

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
