Designed to appeal to homeowners who want to minimise heat loss, reduce Co2 emissions and save money.

- Class 4 air tested (the best possible class)
- Suitable for floor to ceiling heights of up to 2.86m (9'5")
- Spring assisted stowage for smooth opening and closing
- Handrail for safe climbing and descending - can be fitted on either side
- Ladder folds into 3 sections and is stored within the door so doesn't obsturct floor space
- Hinge clips prevent the ladder sections from folding for your safety
- Slip resistant comfortable timber treads
- Slip resistant feet for added grip
