The Perforated Metal Access Panel is engineered to simultaneously facilitate essential airflow and meet specific aesthetic design requirements in internal, non-fire rated applications.
Perforation & Airflow Specification:
• Perforation Pattern: The access door features a precise perforation pattern with Ø 3mm holes at a 6mm square pitch (distance between hole centres).• Functional Design: Specifically manufactured to enhance ventilation and continuous airflow to service voids, mitigating heat buildup or stale air pockets while allowing visual monitoring.
Construction & Finish:
• Material: Fabricated from durable, corrosion-resistant Zintec steel to ensure structural stability and longevity.• Frame Options: Available with both a Picture Frame (PFS-SH-PERF) for surface mounting and a Beaded Frame (BFS-SH-PERF) for installation where concealment is required around the frame edges.
• Finish: Coated in the robust, industry-standard RAL 9010 White satin finish, which is easy to clean and provides a professional appearance.
