Great bit of kit. Dead simple to install. I worked it out with zero DIY experience. Good sturdy ladder and good size opening. Will fit (just) a 1200x2400 plasterboard sheet through the hole if you take the ladder off. This is also very easy to do. My only thing to watch is that before you start to use it, make sure all the bolts are done up correctly.

Ordered it Sunday evening and it was fully fitted by Wednesday. Solid product, well made and finished. Detailed instructions and fairly straight forward to fit by a confident DIYer. It is heavy so it does need 2 to lift into place.
