The BUDGET-FIREPAN is a bespoke 120-minute fire-rated access panel, engineered to provide essential fire and smoke compartmentation specifically for wall applications.
Certified Fire & Smoke Performance:
• Fire Rating: Certified for 120 minutes of fire resistance on both sides (bi-directional), tested to BS 476: Part 22 (Wall only application).• Smoke Control: Smoke tested against BS EN 1634-3:2004, achieving a reliable air leakage rate of 0.81 m³/m/h.
Design & Sizing Specification:
• Application Limit: Crucially designed and certified for wall installation only (not rated for ceiling installation).• Bespoke Availability: Available as a bespoke system, accommodating a maximum tested size of 2000mm x 1300mm.
• Frame Type: Supplied with a Picture Frame (PF) or Beaded Frame (BF)

Ordered a panel then they called a few days later to ask if the order was correct as the hinges were on the shirt side, as I was busy out on site I said oh sorry change it. The order came and the hinges were on the long side and when I got to site I realised they should have been on the short side unusually. So I'm left with a £600 unusable access panel. Moral of the story always go back and check before agreeing to change so.ething because the manufacturer thinks it a strange design!!!!
