Zedfold Heavy Duty Commercial Loft Ladder

The Zedfold Heavy Duty Ladder is an ultra-strong commercial concertina solution, manufactured from die-cast aluminium to handle extreme loads and provide effortless operation for frequent access.

Extreme Load Capacity & Compliance:

• Construction: Manufactured from high-strength die-cast aluminium alloy components, ensuring maximum durability.
• Load Capacity: Conforms to DIN 4570 standards, boasting a 200Kg load bearing capacity per tread and an impressive overall load bearing capacity of 500Kg.
• Finish: Supplied with a Natural Aluminium finish.

Operation, Safety & Sizing:

• Assisted Operation: Supplied with two heavy-duty counter-balanced springs incorporated into the pivot brackets, ensuring the ladder can be raised and lowered with the minimum of effort.
• Handrail Options: A telescopic handrail is available (one or two, at extra cost), generally fitted to the Right Hand side unless otherwise specified.
• Sizing: Available to suit any length up to 3390mm.
• Space Efficient: Features a highly space-efficient concertina design for compact storage.

Installation Requirements:

• Clearance: All model heights require a minimum clear opening width of 600mm and a clearance depth of 600mm (clearance depth is the required space above the ceiling for the ladder mechanism).
• Critical Note: Ladder only ceiling hatch is sold separately.
