Loft hatch - made to measure

Excellent service. The custom made loft hatch arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately it had been damaged in transit. We rang Jupiter Blue and spoke to Helen. She asked for photos of the damage to be emailed to her and they would send a replacement. As soon as she received the email she confirmed that the replacement would be manufactured and dispatched asap. The replacement arrived as promised. Not only are we pleased with the loft hatch which fits perfectly but also by the excellent no quibble customer service. Thank you and well done to Jupiter Blue and in particular Helen.

Our new loft hatch looks great. It has been well made and complies to the measurements we gave perfectly. It took two of us about an hour to fit it. It was delivered less than a week after ordering,. Excellent!
