Aluminium frame, designed to maximise daylight area.
Daylight area is your chosen size less 150mm e.g. Size 600 x 600mm has a daylight area of 450 x 450mm
This size range are only available as Rooflight only, to be fitted to your own upstand
Thermally efficient with a U-value of just 1.1 W/m²K centre pane value

Performance and design features

Pitch	Suitable for mounting at pitches of 2-15°
Framework	Aluminium frame - Powdercoated RAL7016 Anthracite Grey
Glazing	Flat glass, Class B non fragile 6mm toughened outer, argon filled cavity 7.5-9.5mm laminated inner (depending on Rooflight size). Note: 80% of glazed rooflights on the market use toughened but not toughened and laminated glass. The lamination means that if the glass is broken the glass will stay in place and not drop through into the living space below
Thermal performance	Standard centre pane U-value of 1.1 W/m2K Thermally broken construction
Non-fragility	Non-fragile to CWCT TN-92 (for class 2 roofs)
Ventilation options	Manual hit and miss trickle ventilation
Fixing options	Direct to builders upstand
Returns:	Please note, due to the nature of this product our standard returns policy does not apply. Returns will be subject to a restocking fee. The product must be returned in the condition it was dispatched in (i.e. in saleable condition in it's original packaging).

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
