Made to Measure Loft Hatches Bespoke for your exact loft opening size

Where a standard size loft hatch will not fit your property you'll need to fit a custom size. We offer a highly competitively priced bespoke loft hatch, made to measure to your specific loft opening measurements. Choose from either a hinged drop down hatch of a push up loft hatch. All our made to measure loft hatches are insulated, draught proofed and Part L compliant, we also offer a Fire Rated option.

Your custom loft hatch will be hand made to exacting standards here in North Yorkshire. Our production cycle means you should normally receive your loft hatch within 7-11 working days from placing your order (Please note working days are Mon-Fri). All our hatches are made from 1mm Zintec steel which is powder coated in White RAL 9010 with a 20% gloss, we can offer other colours at an extra cost. Please contact us on 01937 325 325 to discuss.

We offer a fixed price for any hatch up to 900 x 900mm (Please note this is 900 x 750mm for Fire rated models) We can produce hatches in excess of these measurements, but they are to a different design, Please call or email us for information. 

Measuring to get the right size - Please measure the distance (in mm) between the joists which form your loft opening. Deduct 5mm from each, this gives a tolerance as most loft openings are not exactly square. If you need any assistance please call 01937 325 325 for advice. Please note all made to measure products are non-returnable due to being unique to your measurements.
