Combined Loft Hatch and 3 section folding timber ladder

One of the few ladders manufactured for the British market to suit standard 560 to 565mm joist opening width - EASY FIT AND NO CUTTING INTO STANDARD TIMBERS, THUS AVOIDING WEAKENING THE CEILING STRUCTURE.

The ladder treads are jointed with strong traditional dovetail joints and have a non-slip surface. Tread dimensions are 330mm wide and 90mm deep.

• 26mm Insulated  Door with a U-value of 1.22
  
• Suits floor to ceiling heights of up to 2920mm (9'6") or 3.62m (11'7") with the additional extension kit available as a separate item.
  
• Comes as a complete unit with loft ladder, trapdoor, loft surround and all fittings
  
• The lower edge of the loft hatch casing has a draught excluder, which ensures tight closing

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
