How to order the correct size

If ordering for a single tile, order at the tile size
e.g. 300x300mm, 600x300mm etc

If you are applying multiple tiles measure the size of the tile and allow for the width of your grout lines as shown below

Fitting / Installation

Allow +23mm over the door size when creating your structural opening. Fit the access panel and tile the door. Tile outwards from the door to ensure alignment of grout lines

Where to use tile access panels:

Designed for use in any room with tiled walls, typically bathrooms, kitchens, washrooms. This tiled access panels allows easy inspection and maintenance of plumbing and electrical services.

Specification:

• Suitable for use with all types of tile (maximum thickness including tile and adhesive 12mm*). The outer frame and door are made from Zintec steel (Supplied powder-coated, requiring no decoration or preparation before fitting
• Tileable plasterboard door insert
• Hinged (door can be removed without any specialist tools)
• Fixing points in front and side of frame, giving a choice of face fixing or side fixing
• Two touch catch locks - concealed behind the door
• Non-fire rated
• Wall use only
• Hand made in the UK
• Made to order in sizes between 150 x 150mm up to 900 x 750mm (60mm deep)

Please note, for certain products and delivery zones we can offer AM deliveries and Saturday Deliveries, if available, you'll be able to select and pay for these options via the checkout.

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
