Hinged on the 1700mm side - correct orientation makes this hinged on the left side.
Fitted with 3 point locking mechanism operated by a steel "T-key". Also has housing for a separate 40/10 Euro Cylinder lock (not supplied) which must be fitted for the fire certification

Product construction

Door and frame, fabricated from zintec steel, the door houses a Siniat contour board insert.

Riser Door Locking mechanism / security:

This riser door is fitted with a 3 point budget lock which is operated with a steel "T" Key (supplied). For additional security, the lock body is also desgined to house a 40/10 Euro Cylinder lock (not supplied).

Hinge detail

The riser door is fitted with a full length piano hinge which is concealed and fitted on the 1700mm edge, the door is secured to the hinge with hex-nuts. Please note this access panel is designed to be fitted into a wall with the hinge on the left side when viewed from the front (as per the main product image)

We recommend allowing up to + 10mm when creating your structural opening so approx 1710 x 610mm for a panel of this size. The door can be removed easily to aid fitting. For convenience, the inner frame is supplied with pre-punched fixing holes to allow the panel to be screw-fixed, quickly and easily.

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
