Fire Rated Access Panels for easy fitting into Plaster Board
Our high quality 1-Hour Fire Rated Picture Frame Access Panels are perfect for Plasterboard Wall and Ceiling use. The 25mm picture frame sits flush to the plaster board surface. All our Fire Rated Access Panels have a very slim profile and are amongst the neatest on the market when fitted.

Panel construction
Made from 1.2mm Zintec steel with a tough white powder coated finish (RAL9010 with 20% gloss). Draught sealing tape applied to surface joints to ensure maximum air seal. Plaster Board sheet fixed to inside of door to provide fire rating.

Part J compliant
Gas Flue Inspection Hatches in accordance with Part J of the Building Regulations / Gassafe recommended specification. Any other application where a robust panel is required to give access to building services, plumbing services or Electrical services while maintaining the integrity of the fire rating of the surrounding wall or ceiling. Fire Rated Access Panel lock options As standard Fire Rated Access Panels are supplied with a twist style lock, operated with a square ended black plastic key. Tamper Proof locks are also available as an option, please allow an extra day for delivery when using this choice.

Quality Accreditation
Every model in this range complies with B.S.476: Part 22:1987 and is tested to give a minimum fire rating of 60 minutes. In addition to this our picture frame access panels meet Part J of the Building Regulations relating to inspection hatches for concealed flues in voids.

Sizes Available
We stock 10 standard sizes, our Standard sizes are: 150x150mm 200x200mm 300x300mm 350x350mm 450x450mm 550x550mm 600x300mm (hinged long side) 600x600mm 900x600mm (hinged long side) 1200x600mm (hinged longside)

Size guide: add approx 5mm to above dimensions for fitting size. e.g. 150x150mm panel fits an opening up to 155x155mm

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
