Beaded Frame Plasterboard Door Access Panels - Fire Rated

Our Plaster Door Access Panels are most commonly utilised in commercial applications where visually a very discreet access panel finish is required. A dual purpose access panel for wall or ceiling panels. The door can be completely removed by simply loosening the sliding pin hinges, to skim the surface for an accurate finish

Material and Finish:

The beaded steel frame compliments the pre-boarded access door with a beaded surround.

Lock options and Locking:

Budget Lock – Opened with an 8mm square ended Black Plastic T-Key – Twist a quarter turn to open. The lock is obscured by the metal threaded bung.

Fitting Information:

The inner edge of the access panel frame has pre-drilled fixing holes for easy fitting. Fitting instructions are supplied. Fit the panel before applying the wet finish. It is essential that scrim tape is applied to all perforated edges prior to plastering. If scrim tape is not used the plaster may not adhere to the access panel's frame and cracking will occur
Note we recommend allowing approximately 5mm over the panel size when creating your structural opening e.g. fit a 150x150mm size panel into a structural opening of 155x155mm

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
