Our high quality 1-Hour Fire Rated Beaded Frame Access Panels are designed for Plasterboard Drywall and Ceiling use inside buildings. The 25mm beaded frame is plastered into the surrounding wall or ceiling,
giving a flush finish when fitted.

Material and Finish:
Fabricated from Zintec steel, Powder-coated in white RAL9010 with satin finish. This is a tough finish which is easy to wipe clean.

Lock options and locking:

Budget Lock – Features an 8mm square insert, opened with black Plastic T-key.
Tamper Proof Lock – Castellated insert, opened with shaped metal key.
The lock is a quarter turn twist action. Every panel is supplied with one opening key. Lock is obscured by a plastic flip tab bung.

Fitting Information:
The inner edge of the frame has pre-drilled fixing holes for easy fitting. Once fitted the fixings are concealed. Fitting instructions are supplied. Note we recommend allowing approximately 5mm over the panel size when creating your structural opening e.g. fit a 150x150mm size panel into a structural opening of 155x155mm

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
