The majority of our one hour fire rated access panels have steel doors with plasterboard inserts fitted to the inside. The inside of the frame is fitted with sealing tape. The outer frame is precision welded and has pre-drilled, recessed fixing holes for secure mounting of the panels

As standard we fit twist locks with ‘O’ ring seals to maintain tolerances and reduce the chance of air leakage. Fire Rated Panels can also be supplied with Tamper Proof locks to the same specification.
