Does what it says on the box. It works. Easy to install and remove the door if needed. 300mm version fitted between studs in my house. so perfect.Budget lock is a bit stiff, but that's just minor.

Access panel in downstairs hallway up to underside of ensuite shower (because of lowered shower tray). First bought a plastic one to same size, but the hinge snapped and Jupiter were fine with a return/credit. To be a little stronger I went for the metal option as replacement, easy enough to install and the panel mechanism looked more robust and easier to use. Happy Chappy! Recommended!
