The Tradpan is a premium quality non-fire rated, metal access panel. Depth 50mm with 25mm picture frame.

Fitting: We recommend allowing approx. +5mm over the access panel size when creating your structural opening.

Additional information: Please note this is a heavily discounted, one off clearance product - no further discounts will apply. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all our products are suitably packaged, unfortunately no courier is 100% reliable and items can be damaged in transit. Should this occur we can only offer a collection and refund, we can manufacture a replacement but this would be treated as a bespoke product and charged at the current market rate.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels and loft hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
