• 1 Hour Fire Rated - Tested to BS EN 1634-1:2008 and BS EN 1634-2:1999
• Max Fire Rated size in a ceiling 900 x 900mm & 600 x 600mm in a wall, a larger size can be ordered to the same design but not fire certified
• Enter the size of your wall or ceiling opening less 5mm
• The panel is made to fit into the opening (the outer frame is an extra 25mm on each side)
• 25mm picture frame (projects beyond the face of the opening), 50mm deep panel (depth into the opening)
• Insulated with exposed mineral wool slab (U Value 0.35) & airtested to 50Pa
• 33mm deep panel up to 350mm square, 63mm deep on larger sizes thereafter
• White polyester powder coating, RAL9010 with 20% gloss (other colours available on request)
• Zintec steel for a corrosion resistant finish

• Tri-Drive Budget Airtight Lock with 7-Pin Radial Tumbler Key Lock upgrade (see above)
• Dual purpose for either walls or ceilings
• Concealed full length 5mm pin hinge

Please note for timber joists with plasterboard clad ceilings the opening needs to be lined with a minimum of 9.5mm plasterboard. Thereafter measure the length and width of your opening (between the ceiling joists and the trimmers / cross members). Deduct 5mm from each dimension, this makes an allowance for your opening not being exactly square. Please double check your measurements as these loft hatches are made to order and cannot be returned. If you are in doubt, please call us on 01937 325 325 for advice.

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
