Fire Rated Access Panel with Picture frame

• 1.5 Hour Fire Rated both sides - Tested to B.S.476: Part 22
  
• 36dB sound reduction as per standard BS EN ISO 10140-2
• Complies with Part B Building Regulations
• Independently tested in a UKAS approved Test House and certified to a minimum 90 minute fire rating from both sides.

Material and Finish:

Frame: 1.2mm Zintec steel
Door: 0.9mm Zintec steel, door cavity filled with mineral wool insulation
Powder-coated in white RAL9010 with satin finish. This is a tough finish which is easy to wipe clean
Hinge: Zintect steel piano hinge

Lock options and locking:

Budget Lock – Features an 8mm square insert, opened with metal T-key.
Tamper Proof Lock – Castellated insert, opened with shaped metal key. (See image gallery for comparison of the lock options)

The lock is a 90 degree turn lock which provides 3 locking points between the frame and the door.

Fitting Information:

The inner edge of the frame has pre-drilled fixing holes for easy fitting. Once fitted the fixings are concealed. Note we recommend allowing approximately 10mm over the panel size when creating your structural opening e.g. fit a 1500x900mm size panel into a structural opening of 1510x910mm. The door is removable to aid fitting.

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
