Product construction / finish,

Door and frame, fabricated from zintec steel, each door houses a Siniat contour board insert. The panel is powder-coated in white (RAL9016 with a smooth finish).

Door Locking mechanism / security:

As standard, the doors are supplied with budget locks operated with a steel "T" Key (supplied).The primary door has a lock aperture in the face, this operates a 3 way lock which secures the door in 3 places. The lock for the secondary door secured at the tope and bottom edges and is operated from the back of the door.

The lock aperture is concealed by a plastic bung (supplied in a bag with the T-Key)
Note: Tamper proof lock and Euro profile lock housing also available at extra cost

Hinge detail

Each fire rated door is fitted with a full length, concealed piano hinge. In turn the door is secured to the hinge with hex-nuts. allowing easy removal. 

Fitting information

We recommend allowing  + 10mm over the panel size when creating your structural opening. The doors can be removed easily to aid fitting/ aligning of the frame. For convenience, the inner frame is supplied with pre-punched fixing holes to allow the panel to be screw-fixed, quickly and easily.

Fire test

Tested to BS 476: Part 22: 1987 - Please note this product has undergone a physical fire test in a wall up to a size of H:2000 x W; 1300mm. We also have an assessment upto H: 2490 x W: 1253mm or H: 2122 x W: 1470mm.

Front of panel refers to visible door face once installed.

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
