Bespoke Commercial 2 Section Loft Ladder

The AL4C is a heavy duty commercial loft ladder manufactured in accordance with EN 14975-2006A1-2010 – 150kg Class 'H'.

A double section aluminium loft ladder with twin handrails and a choice of 75mm or 100mm tread depth.

Loft Ladder Operation

• The loft ladder is operated via 'long arm' pole.
• Stores horizontally above the hatch extending beyond into the loft space
• Suitable for heights up to 5m subject to suitable hatch lengths and clear space within loft space.
• The Operation is controlled through a balance spring assembly.

What happens when ordering a made to measure Loft Ladder?

Please specify the exact height of ladder you need by selecting the appropriate range of sizes. Then enter the exact height you need in the comments box in the checkout process.

We will email a detailed drawing with hatch and clearance dimensions for approval. The pricing is based on floor to floor (fixing point) height. On receipt of an order a drawing will be submitted for approval to ensure 100% compatibility. For larger sizes please call our advisory service on 01937 325 325

Delivery restrictions: We are unable to ship this product to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland

We will continue to send items on a Next working day delivery, but please accept delivery might take longer, this is out of our control.

Please note, for certain products and delivery zones we can offer AM deliveries and Saturday Deliveries, if available, you'll be able to select and pay for these options via the checkout.

Delivery Charges will be applied for deliveries to geographical  areas represented as Zones C and D:
This includes certain parts of Scotland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and IOM)

We only supply to Trade Account Customers in Zone E

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
