Loft ladder designed for floor to floor heights up to 3m (9'10")

The counterbalanced unit is a spring assisted 'Easy Stow' system, giving total control when lowering or stowing the loft ladder

The in-loft handrail provides added safety when entering or leaving the loft

The loft ladder comes with an access pole that is utilised to position the ladder into the upwards or downwards mode. It also doubles up as a loft hatch pole for our plastic loft doors.

If using with an insualted loft hatch, please ensure the ladder is installed high enough to give sufficient clearance to avoid contact with the lid and therefore potential damage.

Cancellations:- Any stock item which is cancelled after having been dispatched, but before you have received it will be subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 + VAT for parcels and a minimum of £70 + VAT for pallets. Bespoke (made to measure) orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns:
You can return a standard product (most access panels, loft hatches, accessories and Steel / Aluminium Roof Hatches) within 14 days of receipt. Roof domes, Roof Lights, Glazed Roof Hatches and AOV Smoke Vents will be subject to a collection restocking fee.
