Our loft hatch arrived superbly packaged and the size was spot on (always a worry when ordering be-spoke items). It was easy to fit with the aid of a couple of clamps (due to larger than average size), and fits beautifully flush with the ceiling. We could not have asked better. Wishing you continued success.
