Hello to all of you at Jupiter Blue

I have spoken to most of you over the past couple of weeks as you got the hatch & pole to me in Weston-super-Mare, so I just wanted to thank you for your help & for your courtesy. As we were a very small customer you could easily have overlooked our order, but in fact you bent over backwards to ensure that things arrived here in good order.

The hatch is installed & looks terrific: as the cottage is Victorian, with high ceilings & elegant plaster mouldings, we were very concerned about what we were doing but we need not have worried as your hatch, while obviously not inconspicuous, blends in perfectly with the overall look of the room.

The chap who installed it was also most impressed & will be bearing your firm in mind should he be working on anything similar in the future.
