In a mill aluminium finish, with an optional extra over to powder coat.
The extra wide double gaskets maximise the watertight door to curb seal, in addition to the 25mm fibreboard insulation to the roof door and curb upstand, reduce heat loss and condensation, to assist with the thermal efficiency of the building.
The roof door and curb fibreboard insulation is CFC and HCFC free, ODP zero and has a GWP rating of less than 5.
A weather protected exterior push button handle and a smooth action interior handle.

Premier Aluminium Roof Hatch - SRHAThe SRHA offers a superior quality of single leaf roof hatch, manufactured in mill finish aluminium with an optional polyester powder coated finish. Each SRHA roof access hatch is fully insulated against heat loss and condensation with CFC & HCFC free insulation with an ODP and a GWP rating of zero, thus maintaining the thermal integrity of the building. The combination of the insulation encapsulated between the twin aluminium door skins offers excellent sound proofing properties.

GLRF Glazed Roof HatchOur triple skin Part "L" compliant polycarbonate glazed roof access hatch includes a range of standard or high security options in a contemporary rooflight collection.
The sleek contemporary aesthetics inside and out are central to the design vision. Our glazed roof hatches use gas springs to facilitate a 90° opening. The roof hatch lid has a rigid uPVC and aluminium outer frame. It utilises a unique cassette and FSX UV stable long life polycarbonate to achieve lower condensation and a centre pane "U" value of 1.8. The impact resistance of the polycarbonate is 200 times greater than glass. The roof hatch light transmission is 78% on clear and 32% on opal.
The tapered uPVC kerb foot allows for an easy installation and negates the need for timber fillets. The integral membrane clamp holds the roof membrane or felt in place.

Commercial Heavy Duty Roof Access LadderThe Zedfold roof access ladder conforms to DIN 4570 with a load bearing capacity of 200kgs and is manufactured from high strength die-cast aluminium alloy components.
The access hatch ladder is supplied with two heavy-duty counter-balanced springs incorporated into pivot brackets, to ensure that the access ladder can be raised and lowered with the minimum of effort.
The Zedfold can be supplied with a telescopic handrail generally fitted to the Right Hand side unless requested otherwise.
