Our range of high quality, precision welded one hour fire rated steel access panels tested to B.S.476: Part 22:1987, provide access into all types of wall and ceiling construction voids.

The panels consist of 1.0mm powder coated zintec steel with a slim profile, producing a lightweight, robust panel where access to building services is required.

The metal frame holds a flush metal door through simple concealed hinge and is held closed with a budget lock or secure 7 pin radial tumbler key lock (with two keys).

As standard all doors are powder coated in white RAL 9010 with 20% gloss. Black and other addition colours are available to order (please call to discuss) or panels can be over painted on site if required.

The fire rated wall access panels are insulated and air test compliant by default.

Panels of 450mm and larger are 0.35 "U" value, below that size are 0.77 "U" value

Access panel frames have a 25mm picture frame with pre-punched holes for fixing.
