One of the few ladders manufactured for the British market to suit standard 560 to 565mm joist opening width - EASY FIT AND NO CUTTING INTO THE TIMBERS, THUS AVOIDING WEAKENING THE CEILING STRUCTURE
The ladder is pine wood with a spruce casing
The lower edge of the loft hatch casing has a draught excluder, which ensures tight closing
The loft hatch is 2.0 cm spruce frame with 2.0 cm of EPS insulation. 2.6cm of white masonite plates are fixed on both sides
The insulation gives a thermal conductivity rating of 1.22 W/m2K

A double section aluminium loft ladder with twin handrails and a choice of 75mm or 100mm tread depth.

Heavy Duty Commercial Concertina Loft LadderThe Zedfold roof access ladder conforms to DIN 4570 with a load bearing capacity of 200kgs and is manufactured from high strength die-cast aluminium alloy components.
The commercial concertina loft ladder is supplied with two heavy-duty counter-balanced springs incorporated into pivot brackets. This ensures that the access loft ladder can be raised and lowered with the minimum of effort.
The Zedfold can be supplied with a telescopic handrail generally fitted to the Right Hand side unless requested otherwise.
