The ladder is pine wood with a spruce casing

The lower edge of the loft hatch casing has a draught excluder, which ensures tight closing

The loft hatch is 2.0 cm spruce frame with 2.0 cm of EPS insulation. 2.6cm of white masonite plates are fixed on both sides

The insulation gives a thermal conductivity rating of 1.22 W/m2K

A loft ladder suitable for heights up to 2.66m (8'9")

The ladder has wide non-slip 'D' rungs for comfort and security

The unique friction guides provide for a smooth and easy operation

An access pole is supplied with the ladder that will hook onto the ladder and is used to guide it upwards and downwards. It can also be used to open a number of different loft hatch types

The counterbalanced unit is a spring assisted 'Easy Stow' system, giving total control when lowering or stowing the loft ladder

The in-loft handrail provides added safety when entering or leaving the loft

The AL4C is a deluxe commercial loft ladder manufactured to BS7553 – 150kg Class 'H'.

A double section aluminium loft ladder with twin handrails and a choice of 75mm or 100mm tread depth.

The loft ladder is operated via 'long arm' pole.

Stores horizontally above the hatch extending beyond into the loft space

Suitable for heights up to 5m subject to suitable hatch lengths and clear space within loft space.
