Our triple skin Part "L" compliant polycarbonate glazed roof access hatch includes a range of standard or high security options in a contemporary rooflight collection.

The sleek contemporary aesthetics inside and out are central to the design vision. Our glazed roof hatches use gas springs to facilitate a 90° opening. The roof hatch lid has a rigid uPVC and aluminium outer frame. It utilises a unique cassette and FSX UV stable long life polycarbonate to achieve lower condensation and a centre pane "U" value of 1.8. The impact resistance of the polycarbonate is 200 times greater than glass. The roof hatch light transmission is 78% on clear and 32% on opal.

The tapered uPVC kerb foot allows for an easy installation and negates the need for timber fillets. The integral membrane clamp holds the roof membrane or felt in place.
