PFFDFI Standard Fire Rated Picture Frame Flue Inspection PanelA high quality standard 1-hour fire rated flue inspection hatch, tested to B.S.476: Part 22:1987 providing access into all types of concealed ceiling and wall gas flue voids where a fire rating is required.
Built with foam draught seals and a 12.5mm fireline plasterboard with a 30 dB reduction rating.
The 1.2mm zintec steel frame and door has a satin polyester powder coated finish in RAL 9010 with 20 percent gloss.
The frame has a 25mm and at only 50mm deep the access panel, produces a neat yet robust solution to gas flue inspection panels.
The metal frame holds a flush metal door through sliding pin hinges and is held closed with a budget lock or a tamper proof version
The flue access panel visible picture frame option fits over existing plastered surfaces for a retro installation. The simulated bead type is utilised in a wet finish situation.

Our high quality, precision welded 2-hour fire rated flue inspection hatches are tested to B.S.476: Part 22:1987 and provide access into all types of concealed wall and ceiling flue voids.
The panels consist of 1.0mm powder coated zintec steel with a slim 25mm frame profile, producing a lightweight, robust panel where access to building services is required.
The metal frame holds a flush metal door through simple concealed hinge and is held closed with a hardened steel surface fixed budget lock or a secure 7 pin radial tumbler key lock.
As standard all doors are powder coated in white RAL 9010 with 20% gloss.
The fire rated wall access panels are insulated to 0.78 "U" value and air test compliant by default, thus offering a good level of acoustic properties.
