A single leaf roof hatch that includes several innovative features:

Heavy gauge of aluminium for durability and strength.

In a mill aluminium finish, with an optional extra over to powder coat.

The extra wide double gaskets maximise the watertight door to curb seal, in addition to the 25mm fibreboard insulation to the roof door and curb upstand, reduce heat loss and condensation, to assist with the thermal efficiency of the building.

The roof door and curb fibreboard insulation is CFC and HCFC free, ODP zero and has a GWP rating of less than 5.

A weather protected exterior push button handle and a smooth action interior handle.

All stated sizes below are "internal clear opening" dimensions.

The roof door can be securely padlocked through the doubled looped steel tabs from the internal or external side, adding extra flexibility in security.

The 343mm curb upstand has an integral flashing for an efficient weather-proofing and a 102mm base for fixing.

All edges are round for safety.

The roof hatch door is counter balanced with two fully enclosed compression springs, complete with a robust "plastic coated" hold open arm.
