Our standard HA hinged plastic access panel range provides a simple, low cost, high quality solution for access to building services in walls and ceilings. The injection moulded slim profile picture frame, with smooth rounded corners produces a lightweight solution, enabling an easy fit installation into all types of wall or ceiling construction.

Available in 5 sizes as shown below (please note 560x560mm suitable for wall application only).

The plastic ceiling panel or plastic wall panel is produced from UV stable ABS, the white panel will not discolour, however the surface is finely textured to accommodate a paint finish if required.

The frame corners are rounded for an added safety feature.

The hinged plastic access cover door can be opened with a flathead screwdriver or a coin and is easily removed from the frame without tools, if needed.

Install using a suitable adhesive and simply push into place.

Open with a screwdriver or coin in the visible slot opposite the hinge edge or use the key where the optional key lock has been specified.

The hinged access panel is locked and unlocked using a flat keyed disc tumbler camlock.

The locks are supplied keyed alike as standard but are available as keyed to differ on request.

The corners have a rounded smooth profile for an additional safety feature.

Produced from UV stable ABS, the white panel will not discolour, however the surface is lightly textured to accommodate a paint finish if required.

Install using a suitable adhesive and simply push into place.

Economy steel access panel with a flush slimline 25mm one piece picture frame. No welding, just simple clean lines - genius! The access door is fitted with a slotted chrome quarter turn lock. The access door and frame are polyester powder coated in white RAL 9010 with 20% gloss for a silk rather than a highly polished gloss finish.

A neat made to measure access panel with a picture frame, to suit all wall construction types. The access panel is air and vapour sealed between the frame and door with a budget polished steel tri-drive lock.

The access door is hinged with a concealed continuous full length hinge.

This access panel is not fire rated (please refer to "fire rated" section).

The white powder coating RAL No. is 9010

Product Information

The range of non-fire rated steel access panels provides access into all types of wall and ceiling construction voids. The panels consist of 1.0mm powder coated zintec steel with a slim profile, producing a lightweight, robust panel where access to building services is required.

The metal frame holds a flush metal door through a simple concealed hinge and is held closed with a budget catch. Secure key lockable versions are available. As standard, all doors are powder coated in white RAL 9010 with 20% gloss. Panels can be over painted on site. Other colours are available
to order.

The panels are also available in Chrome (please call and quote using product code and postfi x ref C) and Stainless Steel for use in corrosive areas (quote using product code and postfi x ref SS).

For a nominal charge, the lock can be powder coated in white to match the face of the access panel. Please call to discuss.

Product Information

This saw is designed specifically for cutting dry wall panels and plasterboard. It is ideal for forming the opening to fit a new access panel. The sharp pointed tip is used to 'jab' into the material and start the cutting process with its 150mm (6in) blade. A sturdy sheath protects the blade when not in use.
