Loft Hatches
Our complete range of loft hatches has options to suit both a contemporary unobtrusive look with clean, simplistic lines and a more classical look with a gently decorative frame.
Every loft hatch we manufacture has a smooth white maintenance free finish to compliment today's strong trend towards smooth plastered walls and ceilings.
No fine pimples or rough texture prone to collecting dust, just a smooth wipe down surface.
Each standard loft hatch is fully functional with options to comply with the following for different applications:
· Compliancy to NHBC regulations Chapter 7.2 Section D14 "to a minimum clear opening of 520mm in any direction".
· Compliancy to Building Regualtions Part "L" (where specified).
· UKAS accredited one-hour fire tested (where applicable).
· Air tightness tested at a UKAS accredited test house without the addition of any onsite sealant between the frame and ceiling (where stated).
