With its powder coated zintec steel smooth white maintenance free finish. The loft access door requires no painting and projects into the ceiling space a mere 8mm.
The Part "L" compliant loft hatch is insulated with 50mm of exposed fire resistant mineral slab.

Access Panels Fire Rated
The high quality, precision welded one-hour fire rated steel access panels are tested to B.S.476: Part 22:1987 and provide access into all types of wall, ceiling and flue construction voids.
The range includes 6 sizes, all of which are available in budget or secure key lockable options, plus a choice of picture or beaded frames.

Gas Flue Inspection Hatch
Gas flue inspection hatches for all applications. From a high spec two-hour fire rated, air tight & insulation version with a high level of dB sound reduction, a standard one-hour fire rated access panel for flues version with excellent acoustic properties, to a standard low cost plastic handi-access unit.
